Superfood Snack Bars

My mom really likes to eat granola/nut bars but most of the ones you find in stores aren't that healthy and have alot of added sugar or are held together with coconut oil (I don't really like the idea of eating a bar made of oil, tbh). So these are held together by sticky fruit and contain no added sugar or fat! + there is no baking involved, so super simple! *Makes 8-10 bars Ingredients EU 50 gr nuts (hazelnuts, almonds - whichever nuts you like) 50 gr rolled oats 100 gr raisins 150 gr dried apricots 4 tbsp orange juice 2 tbsp sunflower seeds 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds - optional- 1 tbsp goji berries 1 tbsp chia seeds US 1/2 cup nuts (hazelnuts, almonds - whichever nuts you like) 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp rolled oats 1/2 cup raisins 3/4 cup dried apricots 4 tbsp orange juice 2 tbsp sunflower seeds 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds - optional- 1 tbsp goji berries 1 tbsp chia seeds Line a 18x25cm / 7x10inch dish with parchment paper and set aside.
